Catering Services Available at the QHR Conference Center
Dependability, promptness, presentation, and the ability to consistently deliver great tasting food are the keys to successful catering. We understand when our customers call us for catering services, they mean to impress, whether it’s a company picnic or an important meeting with clients and management. You tell us the occasion, and we will help plan a delicious meal that will be long remembered by your guests. We can provide something as informal as a box lunch or as elegant as a black tie event. We handle all the details so you can relax and enjoy the festivities.
Catering Menu
We are pleased to present our 2006 catering menu. We have many new ideas and more selections to help you with your menu decisions. Please refer to the following guidelines while using this menu.
Pricing: We will customize your price based on the menu selected and number of people to serve.
Scheduling: In order to promptly and efficiently serve your catering needs, please schedule your meals seven days prior to your event. Some menu items may not be available without a one-week notice. We must also have the final number of guests seven days prior to the event.
Billing: You will be billed for your reserved number of guests plus any extra who attend, at the agreed-upon per-person price. If fewer people attend, you will be billed for the original guaranteed guest count. Applicable sales tax will be added to each bill. Service fees may apply.
Cancellations and Changes: Notification of all cancellations and changes in the menu or number of people who will be attending your event must be made at least four business days prior to the event. For cancellations or changes that are made within four days of the event, customer will be responsible for any costs incurred for the event.
We are capable of providing all of your catering needs. The items listed in this menu are to be used as examples of what we can do. If you would like something that is not listed, we will try to honor all of your requests.
